Market Center Team Leader (Real Estate Growth & Recruiting Leader)
The Market Center Team Leader is a senior sales leadership role responsible for recruiting real estate agents, driving productivity, and growing company's dollar and profitability.
As the Market Center Team Leader at KW Coastal Living, you lead the growth of the business through people. Your success and your compensation is directly tied to how effectively you recruit the right agents, coach productive behaviors, and build a profitable Market Center.
This is not an administrative or support role. It is a results-driven leadership position for someone who wants to be paid based on the value they create.
This role is for a leader who wants more than a title. Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
Recruit and retain high-quality agents
- Execute a consistent recruiting plan with daily and weekly activity
- Attract, select, and retain agents who contribute to long-term productivity and company dollar
- Earn substantial performance-based bonuses tied directly to recruiting success
Drive agent productivity and profit growth
- Coach agents on the core drivers of production: database growth, lead generation, appointments, listings, contracts, and conversion
- Lead accountability rhythms, including one-on-ones, group productivity meetings, and performance reviews
- Increase company dollar and profitability through agent productivity growth and training
Lead standards and culture
- Set and enforce standards for professionalism, activity, and performance
- Address underperformance directly and early
- Build a culture where productive agents thrive
Compensation
- Base salary plus significant performance-based bonuses for recruiting success and profit growth

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
You are a strong fit if you have experience in:
- Sales leadership, recruiting, or business development
- Coaching performance and holding people accountable
- Leading in goal-driven, metric-based environments
Real estate experience is a strong advantage, but not required if you bring transferable recruiting and sales leadership skills.
You must be comfortable:
- Being measured by results, not effort
- Having direct business conversations about productivity and standards
- Tying your income to your activity and performance
