Senior Estimator &amp; Estimating Director - Southeast Florida 
 
My client, a Leading ENR &amp; Employee-Owned General Contractor are hiring for a Senior Estimator and Estimating Director for one of their Southeast Florida offices.
 
We are looking for experienced Estimating and Preconstruction leadership candidates with a strong background across Multifamily / High Rise / Commercial or Municipal projects.
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Several + years of experience in estimating required.</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree</li>
<li>Experience in Municipal Work, Higher Education, Healthcare, Public Schools, Assisted Living, Multifamily</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, On-Screen Take off</li>
</ul>
