Position: Project Coordinator Window Permit Specialist High Volume Permitting experience with Impact Windows

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with HOA and permitting experience to manage the approval process for residential window and door projects. This role is essential to ensuring projects are compliant, on schedule, and homeowner-ready.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit HOA and city permit applications for window/door projects
Track approval timelines and secure required authorizations
Communicate with HOAs, permit offices, and homeowners to resolve questions
Ensure approvals are complete prior to installation scheduling

Qualifications:

3–5 years of project coordination in construction, windows, or doors
Experience with HOA and permitting processes (required)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
