Cold Concepts Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is now Hiring: Experienced HVAC technicians, for the South Florida Area
(MIAMI DADE, BROWARD AND PALM BEACH COOUNTIES)
Please only apply to the position if you are an Experienced HVAC tech. NO HELPERS, APPRENTICES or RECENT TECH SCHOOL GRADUATES. ONLY TECHS WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE MINIMUM 3 Years who can repair, install and maintain hvac units on their own with minimal to no supervision!

Technicians perform field duties associated with installing, maintaining and servicing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for commercial customers.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Perform on-site Repairs and Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inspections and site surveys and Installation of HVAC equipment.
Uses experience and technical skills to diagnose and repair service issues encountered in the field.
Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must be able to work effectively, efficiently, independently and provide excellent quality work.
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends, as required.
Schedule M-F 2 shifts
7:30 am- 4pm
8:30 am -5:00 pm
On call some Weekends and Holidays based on weekly rotation schedule.

· Qualifications****
· High School diploma or GED equivalent
· Minimum 3 years hands on HVAC Experience as a technician
English and/or Spanish speakers only due to clientele (if you know both that's a plus)
(Refrigeration Knowledge and Experience is a ++++)
· Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
· Clean Background
· Ability to climb ladders
· Moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds)
· Complete pre-employment background check process
· Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
· Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
· Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
Ability to work independently and self-schedule
· Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
· Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
· NATE certification a plus
· Periodically ‘on call’ for service coverage
· Travel for out of town projects are rare but may be required
however advance notice will be given and all expenses covered.
· Applicants who have solid experience in refrigeration and/or speak English Fluently are eligible for a higher starting pay rate.***
