We are a privately owned Real Estate firm that builds Construction projects in numerous verticals such as Retail, Office, Commercial, & Multi-Family Construction. With that in mind, we are in need of adding an experienced Estimator to join our team with a strong background in any of those sectors of construction.
If you are looking to join a growing builder, and work for one of the best established companies in the area, then we want to talk to you!What You Will Be Doing- Consulate with personnel to discuss & formulate estimates
- Prepare Estimates
- Prepare cost statements
- Review labor & all costs in regards to estimates
- Seek & Identify new subcontractor partnerships along with retaining old one's
- Work with Project Management to prepare & establish project strategyWhat You Need for this Position- 2+ years of Estimating experience
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft software)
- Experience with procore or other construction softwareWhat's In It for You- Strong, competitive base ranging from $90k - $130k
