Responsible for coordinating, designing, developing and conducting, as necessary, the UC department’s training program.
Responsible for the presentation of training and development programs for all UC employees.
Will also coordinate and implement departmental onboarding of all new UC staff, assuring that all His House policies, State, ORR regulations and accreditation standards are met.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or related field required
PLUS two (2) years of experience in child welfare and / or staff development in a business setting.
Master’s degree preferred.
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and a good driving record.
Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
