Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist – Member Services
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Onsite 5 days per week
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18-20 per hour
Summary
My client is seeking a front desk specialist to assist with member services. The primary responsibility is to assist members with immediate needs and requests. Use your positive attitude and excellent customer services skills to provide a responsive, high level of service to all members and teammates.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain friendly working relationships with staff, members, and guests
· Deal with conflict resolution in an effective and courteous manner
· Respond to member questions and requests via phone, email or in-person
· Reconcile daily cash, credit and check payments
· Follow up on past due balances
· Routine administrative tasks
· Work overtime when required
Safety Responsibilities
· Follow all safety and environmental rules
· Complete necessary safety training courses
· Wear proper personal protective equipment as required
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Prior marina or hospitality experience preferred
· 1+ years of customer service experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
