Duties
- Lead and manage the fitness team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership growth and retention goals.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, cash register management, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training to enhance skills in customer service and sales management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
- Manage schedules effectively to optimize staff coverage during peak hours.
- Foster a welcoming environment for members by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
