Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support K12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Hialeah, FL. The position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options to accommodate various schedules. Multiple openings are available for the upcoming school year on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K12 students with diverse communication needs
- Manage caseloads effectively to support students individual educational plans
- Provide clinical supervision for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinicians, ensuring professional development and compliance with certification requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to therapy schedules
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, K12
- Ability to provide supervision for CFY clinicians is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work full-time (35 hours per week) or part-time (17 hours per week); part-time roles can be combined for full-time hours
