We are looking for an Attorney with strong Probate & Trust Litigation experience. Potential for Partner track is high.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and will be responsible for supporting our clients in various legal matters, with a particular focus on probate, trust administration, guardianship administration, wills, and estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court hearings and depositions under supervision
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information
- Participate in case strategy meetings to develop effective legal solutions
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed by the Florida bar
- Litigation experience
- Strong understanding of probate, trust administration, and estate planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
