We are seeking a Light Industrial Manufacturing Associate to join a team in the Melbourne, FL Industrial Park. This is a full-time, day shift position (Monday through Friday) with temp-to-hire potential. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy detail-oriented, repetitive work in a clean and stable manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include product inspection, quality checks, and performing consistent processes throughout the day while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct quality checks and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Follow the same manufacturing process consistently throughout the shift
• Maintain focus and accuracy while completing repetitive tasks
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive work
• Ability to stay focused and consistent in a production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work full-time on a day shift, Monday through Friday
