Job DescriptionEllie Mental Health is seeking dedicated and passionate unlicensed Outpatient Therapists to join our locally owned and operated clinic in Weston. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality mental healthcare, embracing our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct mental health evaluations, develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation.
2. Deliver exceptional patient service, collaborating with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission of addressing mental health gaps in the community.
3. Employ creative interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
4. Complete notes using collaborative documentation within required timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Masters degree in a mental health or related field from an accredited college or university.
2. Passion for various therapeutic approaches and topics, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity, sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, musical therapy, social work, Adlerian therapy, PTSD, group therapy, couples therapy, and psychotherapy.
3. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.

Hourly rate: $45.
