Job Description

The Front Desk Lead is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting staff in delivering a professional and welcoming experience for residents, guests, and vendors. This role serves as the primary point of contact at the reception area, manages administrative functions, and assists management in coordinating front desk schedules, training, and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and support front desk staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors by phone, email, and in person.

  • Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to front desk team members.

  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and coverage for front desk shifts.

  • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

  • Handle escalated inquiries, complaints, or service issues with professionalism and resolution.

  • Oversee the processing of resident/guest access devices (fobs, decals, keys, IDs, etc.).

  • Maintain logs, records, and databases for packages, visitors, work orders, and resident information.

  • Coordinate with management, security, and maintenance teams as needed to support community operations.

  • Ensure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and professionally presented at all times.


Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Compensation up to $25 DOE
