Palm Beach Painters is seeking 3 motivated and reliable Residential Painters to join our growing team in the Palm Beach County area (serving Jupiter, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and surrounding communities). This is a full-time opportunity with steady work on high-quality residential interior and exterior painting projects for homes and properties in our beautiful coastal region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting: sanding, scraping, patching, priming, caulking, and masking/protecting areas to ensure clean, professional results.
• Apply paint, stains, sealants, and finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other tools with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Perform interior and exterior painting on walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and other surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site daily, including proper cleanup and equipment care.
• Collaborate with crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
• Assist with minor repairs and prep work as needed.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (to travel to job sites).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on residential painting experience (interior/exterior preferred).
• Proficiency with surface preparation techniques (sanding, patching, priming, caulking).
• Ability to apply paint evenly and efficiently using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Basic knowledge of paint types, colors, and tools.
• Attention to detail for clean lines, smooth finishes, and high-quality results.
• Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders/scaffolding safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and drug-free.
• Leadership potential (for future Crew Lead promotion).
