Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in fine dining aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction for high-end restaurant projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, including bid preparation and negotiations with subcontractors
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction of retail or restaurant projects
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with bid preparation and negotiating with subcontractors is a plus
• Understanding of big box retail construction is desirable
• Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements
