We are seeking Quality Experienced CNA, HHA's for Patient with M.S., Assignment in South Tampa Near MacDill AFB. Bath Visits, Dressing and Meal Prep. Light House keeping. Hoyer lift. 2Hrs three time a day. 7 Days a week. Must Apply in person in our Tampa office Mon-Fri 9a-4p

Responsibilities:
- Hoyer Lift Experience a plus (or we will train)
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients, ambulation, light housekeeping & meal prep
- Follow Patient Care Plan as directed by Nursing Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients and family members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be Fluent in English speaking and documentation
- Must have: Level 2 Background screening, BLS-CPR, HIV, Self Administration of Medication & 2 Hour Alzheimer's and Related Dementia Certificates, 1 HR- Elder Affairs Alzheimer Certificate. Current Physical that states Free from Communicable Diseases and Negative TB or Chest X-Ray.
