About the Role
As the on-site leader, you’ll manage all phases of construction for multifamily developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a chance to work on meaningful projects that provide families with safe, affordable homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily developments from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Supervise subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor costs and resources to keep projects within budget.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.
- Provide accurate daily and weekly progress reports to project managers and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent in multifamily or large-scale residential construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
- OSHA 30 preferred; additional safety or construction certifications a plus.
- Familiarity with Miami building codes and permitting processes is highly desirable.
