The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Valrico, FL. This position primarily supports school-based services, with opportunities for home-based sessions when desired.
Youll provide 1:1 ABA services while receiving consistent supervision, clear expectations, and schedules designed to support worklife balance.
What Youll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Collect accurate, real-time data on behavior and skill acquisition
- Support skill generalization across environments
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, caregivers, and support staff
- Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and client confidentiality
RBT Development & Support

What Were Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
