Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sewing Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, modify, and repair textile products based on production specifications. The ideal candidate has strong sewing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines (e.g., single needle, double needle, overlock, cover stitch) to sew and assemble products.

Read and interpret patterns, blueprints, or work instructions to ensure accurate product construction.

Inspect finished products for quality, checking seams, stitches, and alignment.

Perform basic machine maintenance, including threading, adjusting tension, and troubleshooting.

Work efficiently to meet daily production goals without compromising on quality.

Handle a wide variety of fabrics, from lightweight materials to heavy-duty textiles.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve workflow and production efficiency.

Assist in training new sewing machine operators when necessary.
Requirements and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sewing or textile manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines and handling different stitch types and fabrics.

Attention to Detail: Ability to detect defects and ensure consistent product quality.

Physical Requirements: Able to sit for long periods, operate foot pedals, and perform repetitive hand motions.
