Role Overview

As a Contracts Manager, you will be a key player in the execution of complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. You'll manage high-value contracts from negotiation through closeout, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting project delivery across the energy spectrum.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract strategy, negotiation, and administration for multi-million-dollar EPC projects.
  • Collaborate with legal, commercial, and project teams to ensure alignment with corporate and client objectives.
  • Identify and manage contractual risks, claims, and change orders.
  • Support procurement and subcontracting activities with contract oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and interpretations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or related field; JD or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management within EPC environments.
  • Proven track record in energy, nuclear, utilities, oil & gas, or power generation sectors.
  • Experience managing contracts for large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk management, and project controls.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
