Apartment Assistant Manager – Panama City, FL
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join a dynamic apartment community in Panama City, FL. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD programs, along with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing regulations.

Manage leasing, renewals, resident relations, and collections.

Support the Property Manager with reporting, audits, and inspections.

Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
Requirements:
-
Previous Assistant Manager experience in the multifamily housing industry.

LIHTC and HUD knowledge required (compliance expertise strongly preferred).

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
