We are a professional window tinting company serving the Fort Myers, FL area, specializing in high-quality residential and commercial window films.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential & Commercial Window Tint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with window film installation, excellent attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. You’ll be responsible for installing various types of window films in homes and businesses while maintaining a professional, friendly, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install residential and commercial window films with precision

• Prepare glass surfaces (cleaning, prepping) for installation

• Ensure high-quality workmanship with no bubbles, creases, or defects

• Safely use tools and equipment for film application

• Educate customers on film benefits, care, and maintenance

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

• Follow safety protocols and comply with company standards

Qualifications

• One (1) to three (3) years previous experience in window tinting (residential and/or commercial) preferred

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to read measurements and work with cutting tools

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders when needed
