Job DescriptionQualifications:
Current Florida licensure as an LPN and documentation of successful completion of a pharmacology course and/or examination, plus one year experience in psychiatric nursing and one year experience in medical/surgical nursing. Proven leadership skills.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, twist, bend and stand for long periods. Must be able to transport self from building to building and differing locations. Must be able to communicate orally and in writing. Must be able to pass NAPPI course.

Job Function:
Assists in the implementation of consumer care and administers medications to consumers according to established protocols.

Special Working Conditions:
Exposure to consumers and all possible program emergencies and conditions; to possible irregular and on-call working hours; to a variety of work locations as the need arises.
