Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is assisting a prestigious client with the recruitment of an Associate Attorney to join a litigation-focused practice in Coconut Grove, Miami. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative and collegial environment.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of litigation experience, a strong interest in litigation, and excellent legal writing skills. Experience with courtroom appearances, depositions, written discovery, and dispositive motion practice is preferred but not required. Federal court experience is a significant plus.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience or interest in depositions, hearings, and motion practice
- Highly organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Florida Bar admission in good standing required

Practice Environment
