Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Skilled
OT-FL
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

License, BLS, and SNF experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience and 1 year of experience are preferred.
