Marsden South is looking to hire a Team Supervisor to assist oversee a team of cleaners, Floor techs and other janitorial personnel!

Requirements:

*Able to perform the duties of supervised staff

Completes regular quality inspections of assigned account and acts appropriately based on results of the quality inspections

Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.

Handles administrative duties of assigned accounts to include, but not limited to: timekeeping and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies

Commits to behave in compliance with the companys values and Code of Conduct

Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism

Must have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices

Knowledge of commercial floor care and floor care products

Knowledge of safety practices

Good time management

Proficient written and verbal English communication

Strong employee and client focus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Stocking and Replenishes Supplies

Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).

Provide guidance in safety, cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage to cleaning crew.

* Able to keep team motivated

*Capable of defuse issues professionally

*Previous "Supervisor" experience required in a production environment or in a janitorial capacity

*Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Details:

Shift: 2nd

Times: 5pm to 1:30am

Pay: $18

Term: Full-Time

Physical Demands:
Stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk throughout an 8-10 hour shift
Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting.
