We are dedicated to providing exceptional staffing services for our management partners and ensuring excellent service for their residences. As a Make Ready Technician, you will play a vital role in achieving this mission by maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and occupancy within the communities.
Position Overview:
As a Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for preparing our apartment homes to meet company standards for future residents. Your skills in basic remodeling, carpentry, and general maintenance will be essential in ensuring the apartments are ready for new move-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, residential maintenance, and installation of appliances
- Experience with residential remodeling
- Be able to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, driven and dedicated attitude
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, ownership of basic hand tools, and ability to be on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools, and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and operating equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Knowledgeable in Fair Housing.
