What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on a variety of plant equipment and systems

Work with electrical systems up to 480V. Must be highly skilled for industrial electrical work.

Diagnose issues involving PLCs, AC/DC motor controls, VFDs, and other electronic systems
-
Run conduit and cable management systems
-
Perform mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and building repairs
-
Document spare parts usage and maintain organized workspaces
-
Support emergency maintenance and be subject to call-ins when needed

Ensure compliance with all electrical safety practices
-
Capable of working at heights up to 50' on lifts
What You’ll Bring:
-
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
-
Strong understanding of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems
-
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
-
Proficiency with tools such as multimeters, thermal imagers, and circuit locators
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
-
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
NEED TO KNOW:
We have 7 openings for day and night shift from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, 4 days on/4 days off. These roles will require weekend/holiday rotations based on 4 days on/4 days off. The pay is $31.60/hr. plus a .50 shift differential as starting pay. This is a DRUG FREE work environment and all employees will be required to undergo a10 year background screening prior to final offer. Must have reliable transportation to Plant City facility.
