As a Lab Technician specializing in Antigen & Antibodies, you will play a crucial role in the organization and processing of weekly shipments of RSV samples. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate sorting into screens and titers, preparing and shipping samples to contracted labs for testing, and scanning RSV samples into spreadsheets for tracking and shipment documentation. Additionally, you will provide support to warehouse staff with daily operations and other assigned tasks, while ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
Responsibilities
- Organize and process weekly shipments of RSV samples, ensuring accurate sorting into screens and titers.
- Prepare and ship samples to the contracted lab for testing.
- Scan RSV samples into a spreadsheet for tracking and shipment documentation.
- Support warehouse staff with daily operations and other assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs multiple times a day.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in cold environments (-5°ree;C) for prolonged periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sample handling or inventory management is a plus.
Work Environment
You will be working in a biopharmaceutical setting with frequent trips to freezer and refrigerated units. The role requires 8-hour shifts in an environment that demands physical activity and resilience in cold conditions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
