• Do you take pride in running clean TIG and MIG beads?
• Are you at your best when staging materials, reading blueprints, and moving between workstations to get projects done right?
• Can you set up, adjust, and maintain your welding equipment with confidence?
• Are you comfortable traveling to job sites in surrounding counties when needed?

Role Snapshot

• Deliver precise TIG and/or MIG welds with speed and accuracy
• Prep, stage, and fabricate materials across multiple stations
• Perform quality checks and minor repairs on assemblies
• Set up, fine-tune, and operate welding machines safely
• Handle routine maintenance to keep tools in top shape
• Support projects at nearby field locations as required

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Basic reading and communication skills
• Comfort with simple math for measurement and layout
• Strong problem-solving with sharp attention to detail
• Physical stamina to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours
• Close vision for precision welds and inspections
• Willingness to travel to sites in neighboring counties

Work Hours

Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
