Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to support a caseload of 50-55 students across multiple schools within the district, providing vital speech and language assistance to a varied age group in a dynamic learning environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Cape Coral, FL, with assignments in multiple schools throughout the district.
- Contract Duration: January 5, 2026, through June 1, 2026.
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, full-time.
- Caseload: 50-55 students in elementary and middle school settings.
- On-site position; remote work not available.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement targeted interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license required.
- Prior experience working with children in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and collaborate with school staff.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions to individual student needs.
