GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Assembly Operator is responsible for performing inspections, assembling product, operating machinery and tools while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Safely operate equipment and tools to assemble product according to drawings, work instructions, or procedures.

· Plan and organize production builds using work orders, travelers, inspection records, and forecasts.

· Generate product labels in compliance with QMS procedures for manufacturing.

· Inspect and identify product not meeting specifications.

· Communicates with team regarding concerns, discrepancies, and continuous improvement ideas.

· Maintains a clean and organized work surface.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

· Ability to read work instructions, technical drawings, and manufacturing procedures.

· Ability to lift 50lbs.

· Intermediate computer skills and previous experience in technology field.

· Ability to perform harmoniously in a team setting

· Demonstrated working knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and cGMP.
