§ Backend: .NET 6–8, C# (legacy support with .NET Framework 4.8)
§ Architecture: Microservices
§ Databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
§ Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure
§ Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ
§ CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitLab
§ Monitoring & Logging: Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus
§ Collaboration Tools: Slack, Confluence, Miro

You are a Perfect Match If You:
§ Have strong hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
§ Love creating clean, robust, and maintainable code.
§ Are passionate about RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web architectures.
§ Have a strong grasp of relational databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
§ Enjoy working collaboratively, communicating clearly, and solving problems effectively.
§ Communicate confidently in English (Upper-intermediate or above).
Bonus Points:
§ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud technologies.
§ Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
§ Knowledge of OpenAPI (Swagger).
§ Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
§ Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to optimize your coding workflow, such as AI-assisted coding, automated code reviews, or generative AI tools.
§ Proficiency in languages such as Russian, Romanian, or Spanish (any of these would be a fantastic plus!).
Qualifications:
§ BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
§ 3 to 5 years of experience in related fields
§ Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
§ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
§ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
§ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
§ Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks.
