We are seeking Experienced CNA, HHA for Private Duty Case in Dade City.
10AM-4PM, 3 x week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to patient in their home.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing and Meal Prep and light house keeping.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Alzheimer & Dementia training
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
