The Role
We’re looking for a General Manager to lead one (or more) of our BRAVAS locations. This role is about more than running operations, it’s about owning the full business performance, creating an environment where teams thrive, and ensuring every client experience reflects the premium standard of BRAVAS.

As a General Manager, you’ll have responsibility for P&L, budgets, and key KPIs across both sales and operations. You’ll lead high-performing teams, foster strong culture and communication, and partner closely with regional and executive leadership to align local success with national goals. This is a senior leadership role where strategy meets execution, and where your leadership directly shapes the reputation and growth of BRAVAS in your market.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the business: Own P&L, budgets, and KPIs across sales, service, and operations.
  • Build high-performing teams: Recruit, onboard, train, and inspire team members while driving a strong, collaborative culture.
  • Drive operational excellence: Ensure flawless execution of projects and services, removing barriers and adapting to business needs.
  • Partner across functions: Work closely with Sales, Service & Support, and Warehouse to keep the business running smoothly.
  • Run production meetings: Lead weekly all-hands with key departments to align on schedules, remove obstacles, and drive accountability.
  • Engage with leadership: Collaborate regularly with Regional Directors, national leadership, and the CEO to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Deliver growth: Identify opportunities to expand services, improve efficiency, and elevate client satisfaction in your market.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in project-driven industries like technology integration, construction, or engineering.
  • Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, and business KPIs.
  • Demonstrated success building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Experience in the luxury, construction, or home technology industries preferred.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with business systems (NetSuite experience strongly preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
