Summary: Take the lead on overnight hospital pharmacy operations in a 200-bed munity hospital where your role directly supports patient safety, staff collaboration, and medication integrity. This is a 7on/7off night-shift opportunity, ideal for experienced hospital pharmacists who move confidently in fast-paced acute care environments.

Key Responsibilities

Execute timely and accurate order verification during overnight operations

Supervise pharmacy technicians with professionalism and purpose

Serve as a medication expert to nurses and physicians across departments

Ensure pliance with state and federal regulations
-
Utilize automated dispensing machines and pharmacy software systems effectively

Maintain critical access to Clinical Pharmacology, Micromedex, and related drug databases

Job Requirements

Active Florida Pharmacist License (unrestricted)

BS Pharmacy or Pharm.D degree required

Minimum 12 years of experience as a hospital staff pharmacist

Familiar with ADM systems and pharmacy management software

Working knowledge of Micromedex, Clinical Pharmacology, and EMR integration

Strong munication and collaborative skills
