Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Job Type: Full-time (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)

Location: Stuart

We are seeking passionate and energetic Preschool Teachers for our two year-olds and Pre-K (3 &4 year-olds) classrooms. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, assessing children's progress, and communicating with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum

- Create and maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

- Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers

- Support social, emotional, and cognitive development

- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers daily

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment

- Attend staff meetings and professional development in-services

Requirements:

- CDA or Early Childhood coursework preferred

- DCF 45 hours

-Current CPR/AED/FA certification

- Proven experience working with toddlers a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff

- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
