Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate filings, trust funding, and asset distributions.
• Communicate regularly with clients, financial planners, and accountants, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the administration process.
• Prepare Federal and State Estate Tax Returns, including Form 706, and fiduciary accountings.
• Handle real estate/deed work and support attorneys with related documentation.
• Utilize estate tax and document automation software, including ONESOURCE/Fast Tax and HotDocs, for efficient case processing.
• Maintain impeccable organization and records, ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal laws.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trust and estate administration.
• Familiarity with probate procedures in New Jersey, New York, or Florida (multi-state experience is a plus).
• Superior communication and analytical skills—you’ll interact with clients and professionals at all levels.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and estate tax software such as ONESOURCE/Fast Tax.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. JD/paralegal hybrid candidates will also be considered.
