Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel, represent clients in court, and assist in all aspects of case management. This role requires a strong understanding of various legal practices, particularly in contract law, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters
- Represent clients in court and during legal negotiations
- Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Manage case files and maintain organized records
- Engage in mediation and arbitration processes as necessary
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions
- Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, witness lists, and case strategies
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in contract law, litigation, and dispute resolution
- Strong negotiation and client counseling skills
- Excellent legal writing and research abilities
- Experience with trial preparation and case management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
