Roof Repair Technician Job Summary
As a Roof Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality roof repairs across a variety of roofing systems. You'll be out in the field daily, troubleshooting issues, making professional-grade repairs, and ensuring homeowners are confident and satisfied with our work. You'll also work closely with the production team and our installation crews to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and up to Honest Abe standards.
Field Manager Responsibilities
- Perform roofing repairs on shingle, tile, flat, and metal systems
- Perform inspections, diagnose leak issues and execute effective long-lasting solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners about repairs being completed
- Take detailed photos before, during, and after each job
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Use company systems to update job statuses and notes
- Support larger projects when needed by assisting installation crews
- Keep company vehicle and tools in good working condition
Field Manager Qualifications
- Prior experience in roofing and/or general construction required
- Ability to identify roof damage and determine repair solutions
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in Floridas outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive team player attitude
- Must speak English and Spanish
