Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Manager, Medical Telemetry
Location: Margate, FL
Shift: Full-Time | 10-Hour Variable Shifts (Days/Evenings)
Employment Type: Permanent
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Active Florida RN License or Compact License (meeting Florida eligibility requirements).
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), or Nursing Supervisor in an acute care hospital.
- At least 1 year of current acute care experience in a hospital setting.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Experience in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and hospital systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly range: $38.52 – $53.70/hour (based on experience).
- Sign-on bonus and relocation package available as needed.

Schedule Details:
- 10-hour shifts, full-time days or evenings.
- No weekend requirement.
- 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
