QC Associate
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $17.00 /HR
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 1+ years
Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous Quality Control Associate to ensure that our client's products meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on inspection and is committed to maintaining product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products and materials at various stages of production.

Conduct tests and measurements to confirm products meet specifications.

Identify and document defects or non-conformities and report findings to the production team.

Maintain accurate records of all inspection results and quality data.

Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and prevent future problems.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.

Familiarity with measuring tools and testing equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications.
Good communication skills for reporting findings and working with a team.
