Infinite Therapeutic Services is growing, and we're excited to welcome a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Plantation, Florida, to our supportive, team-oriented private practice.
This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time. Compensation:
$75,000 to start
Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates are:
- Able to commit to at least 15 clinical hours per week for part-time, or 25+ hours for full-time.
- Available for some evening and/or Saturday appointments.
- Open to providing both in-person and telehealth services.
- Actively licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida.
- Committed to staying current with necessary training and continuing education.
Qualifications:
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- A licensed LMFT with 2+ years of outpatient mental health experience.
- Strong foundation or training in systemic thinking.
- Preferably trained in Gottman or willing to complete Gottman Level 1 & 2 within the first 2 months of hire.
- Comfortable working with couples, families, and relational concerns.
- Self-motivated, open to feedback, and committed to ongoing learning.
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) SKILLS:
- EMDR or trauma-focused training.
- Experience with child counseling.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
