This position is responsible for researching and implementing Work Order changes in response to supply and inventory constraints, maintaining alignment with the Production Plan, and ensuring that all operational details are in place for successful execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and implement Work Order changes in response to supply constraints identified by Live Goods and/or Hard Goods Procurement.
- Address inventory constraints reported by the Young Plants Inventory team by researching and executing necessary Work Order adjustments.
- Evaluate and process Live Goods replacement requests, executing changes when feasible.
- Provide regular and timely reporting on all Work Order changes.
- Ensure the Production Plan remains accurate and aligned following any updates.
- Confirm that all Work Orders include the necessary details for successful execution by the Operations team.
- Collaborate with Live Goods Sourcing when supply constraints arise without immediate solutions.
- Provide technical and business process support to the Production Planning team to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Advanced English Level
- High School Diploma
- College student of supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in production planning, inventory or procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, from data entry to reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a diverse set of employees.
- Critical thinking abilities to assess data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and maintain consistent productivity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and swiftly.
