Bergeron Land Development is seeking a skilled Motor Grader Operator/Foreman to join our heavy civil construction team. If you’re a top-tier operator with strong leadership abilities and extensive GPS machine control experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a motor grader equipped with Topcon GPS for fine grading and base preparation
- Lead and direct the grading crew to meet production targets
- Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues
- Read and interpret grading plans and elevations
- Ensure safe, organized, and efficient jobsite operations
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectors
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating motor graders in civil construction
- Proven proficiency with GPS machine control systems
- Supervisory experience managing or directing a grading crew
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $40–$55/hr, based on experience
- Company truck provided
- Overtime opportunities
- Full benefits package available after probationary period
Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Additional overtime as needed
