Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school settings, located in Hialeah, FL. This contract position supports students from kindergarten through 6th grade within a high school environment and offers a comprehensive caseload designed to create meaningful impact in the educational development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students in grades K-6.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
  • Participate in professional development and ongoing training to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Current Florida state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Proven experience in school-based speech therapy preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educators.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
