Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and independent Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our mobile team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in natural environments, values flexibility, and wants to make a meaningful impact in children’s daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication needs in home, school, or community settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and update goals as needed.
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and educational teams.
- Complete documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with other therapists and professionals as needed.
- Travel between client locations within the assigned service area.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Florida state SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Pediatric experience required (early intervention, school-based, or outpatient).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Bilingual abilities.
- Familiarity with mobile or home-based service models
