We are seeking a New Construction Project Manager - with experience in Waterproofing- Roofing to join our team!
You will oversee multiple projects, scheduling, budgeting. MUST BE BILINGUAL PLEASE.
Please Be Aware That We Only Work In Miami, all jobs are south, we do not work Broward.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of construction project from contract award to closing.</li>
<li>Prepare submittals, change orders, pay applications and jobsite requirements.</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction management on the commercial sector.</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction management software, Project, Procore, excel, computer savvy.</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Team Player</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Bilingual</li>
<li>Organized</li>
