The Opportunity

• Location: On-site in the Estero/Naples area (must reside locally and within a commutable distance).
• Specialty: Aesthetics in a private practice setting.
• Schedule Options:
  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
  • Part-time: Negotiable based on your availability.
• Employment Type: Direct hire, W2 salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cosmetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation.
• Provide expert care tailored to clients' needs, maintaining high safety and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a superior guest experience.

What You Bring

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years in aesthetics, medical spa, or cosmetic dermatology.
  • Proficient in advanced cosmetic procedures with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and skincare principles.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
  • Certification in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, or medical aesthetics preferred.
• Additional Qualification:
  • Established local book of aesthetics business.
