CEI Project Administrator
Florida (Miami/ Ft. Lauderdale area)
This person will be the #2 person on the team, and can grow into the lead position. The company believes in taking care of its employees and is looking for someone who wants to grow their career (not just a job). This person needs to have experience with FDOT district 4 or district 6, and most importantly they want someone with Florida Turnpike experience. (They need to understand how these clients work. My client is a consulting firm, their client is FDOT and the Turnpike).
Job Description
(CEI) Division seeks talented and experienced Project Administrators to perform contract administration management; supervision of support staff including Office Manager, Compliance Officer, and Secretary; direct and assign tasks to inspectors; make technical decisions; review monthly project schedules; monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with contract documents; and assist in all phases of construction projects.
Years of Experience:
- 8 Years, if Non-Degreed, 2 of which involved Major Road or Bridge Structures;
- 2 Years, if a degreed Civil Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise Support Staff
- Direct & Assign Tasks to Inspectors
- Assist in all phases of Construction
- Progress & Final Estimates
Qualifications/Certifications:
- FDOT Advanced MOT
- CTQP Final Estimates Level II
- CTQP Quality Control Manager
- Critical Structures Construction Issues
Compensation:

$50/hr plus benefits
